It is not that serious. It is stuff I could sell on my own easily. I thought it was a regular group not an elite one.
Alot of groups are hidden but still accept people who have a reason to be there (local etc) and just don't want the admins to have to sift through all the people to find the real ones. I thought it was that type of thing.

I had it public when I made it years ago, but they changed it because every Tom, Dick, & Harry were joining, trying to sell LSU junk. They deal mostly in rare, one of a kind items, old LSU stuff, etc.

I would have never purchased things like the decanters, programs, old ticket stubs, etc before because I never thought about that market. Mostly I wanted to see what to look for and post if I find anything because I am always out and about. I found those old lapel pins and I have an LSU old picture I was going to put in my booth because I hate wrapping glass to ship. The only reason I knew to look for those reindeer that I paid sub one dollar for and will sell for $40-50ish is because I paid attention to what my vintage group is looking for or purchased quickly. The group could probably get good deals when I find things lol because I am like you I don't hold and just want to make "middle man" money. I paid $1/each for those pins and they should sell on ebay for $15ish each at least. I was literally already at the sale and buying Christmas booth stuff so an extra $30 to pick up a couple pins seems like a good deal to me.

The “Drifter” rocket just sold for $45, not bad for $1 purchase.

So, of the $122 I spent so yesterday, I’ve sold two things totaling $95.

I am sorting bags of ornaments i bought yesterday (like your zip locks of jewelry) paid anywhere from 50 cents to 4.00/bag.
One bag I paid 2.50 was a set of Kurt Adler reindeer that sold recently on ebay for $75.00. Many of the ornaments should sell for $10-15. Even the plain ones would sell in my booth for a few bucks each in one day. And I get to keep what I like.

Bought a London Fog yesterday for $5 but I think I am going to keep it since it is short not long.

I’ll buy bag lots of jewelry and watches all day if cheap enough.

The bags yesterday had some beautiful sterling bracelets in it, plus the 10k gold ring.
