Apparently this guy cannot, which is why he decided to answer the call of nature right on the arcade floor a few feet away from the very slot machines he was playing on.
It only takes him a few seconds to drop his trousers and squat by one of the walls, apparently not caring about the CCTV or if anyone else happened to walk in.
