I just had an unfortunate mishap moving some furniture, and need to get it worked on now. Kinda backed over a pretty expensive chair that I didn't know was there (and the person who put it there didn't say anything while I was backing up), and the arm is all wobbly and it has a 2" slice in the leather. I'm guessing a piece of wood split in the frame, but I can't see because it's covered with leather.

I haven't ever had to get furniture repaired, and can't seem to discern who is good and who is garbage when I search online. It isn't a cheap piece of furniture, so it will not be going to Rooms to Go. At the same time, I don't want to have to drop $2k on it. Any OT'ers have experience with this around New Orleans?

Dan Alleger. I used him twice. Both times good work reasonably priced.

Looks like he does only woodwork. Do you know if he can fix a tear in leather?
