Many years ago I bought a "book" of pickup lines from a street performer in New York. They were ridiculously awesome. The only one I remember is "Girl, you are so fine I would suck a fart out of your arse."

And its def. not something you lead off with. Big misconception is that "pick-up" lines are always openers. They are much more effective once you establish convo.
