The difference is my long posts actually convey a meaningful and usually entertaining or educational message.

When you meet someone (dude, chick) and somehow yall end up becoming really good friends.. Fast forward to two months down the road.. You know them a lot better, etc.. Would have have acted the same exact way the day you meet them than you do after getting to know them better? It all depends on where you met them I guess, but are you going to act like they are your best friend they first time you meet them?

Yes I act the same way. I dont put on some act when I meet people.

And just because I become friends with a girl doesnt mean im going to stop opening a door for them or having them order first at a restaurant.

Not surprised by you though you neanderthal

Years ago I sent him an email. I forgot what it was about, but it was some idiotic bullshite that I would not even consider doing today. He still has an image of it so maybe he can post it. I know you like to see anything that involves me.

Evidently I miscommunicated what I was trying to say so I apologize because evidently it makes you very angry.

In my case, the only way for me to hold a door open is to hit the button that automatically opens the doors so.. There is that.

But what I am referring to probably has more to do with what environment you are in when meeting someone. If you are at a...wedding reception (assuming you are not sloppy arse drunk making an arse of yourself), if you meet someone.. You are likely going to not be as open to them as you would if you meet them.. Let's say.. in the water (on a boat. maybe with friends wake boarding. There are a lot of people out that day and someone in another boat knows someone in the boat you are in and everyone in both boats are introduced to each other.. that type of thing).

So....what you are saying is....when you said this:
quote:

In general, when it comes to showing respect to women, I have a more traditional type of respect, but things change as a relationship progresses. If I meet a woman, at first I am going to be polite, not use inappropriate language, let her go first.. That means her ordering first at dinner, going ahead of me, etc, etc. But if we become good friends, the better friends we become the more it becomes about friendship than whether or not she is a woman.

On the other hand. Let's say there is a new co-worker who is female. At first, I will will respectful, but if she reveals herself to be rude, not respectful to others.. just a complete a-hole.. I am going to show her the same amount of respect she shows others. It's more complex than you think PJ, but I do understand you do not have the ability to comprehend.

What you meant was this?
