Pandemonium
News is hyping a pandemic causing pandemonium,
Factions causing chain reactions like enriched plutonium,
Hordes descending on the stores until the shelves are bare,
Keep on spooking all the sheep until they’re running scared,
Canceling events and concerts,
shutting down parades,
And then have the nerve to wonder why they’re all afraid,
If you wonder why some joke about the boogaloo,
Just observe this march to madness, see what people do,
Without circuses distracting, no one in the stands,
Keep your powder dry, don’t spread your germs and wash your hands
