Not to take away from a tragic even involving the death of multiple individuals and the injury of numerous others, but this little tidbit convinces me that this was not some premeditated terrorist attack or formal "mass shooting".
I'd be willing to bet that some verbal altercation got out of hand and a couple of thugs pulled out their guns and pretended to play "Who's-the-baddest-motherfricker?".
