Consensual sex with a 17yo whether the other person is 18 or 80 is legal in over 40 states. Creepy as frick (in the case of the over 22 crowd) but legal. Suggesting they are the same level of disgusting is an argument a pedophile would make to lessen the horrible nature of that crime.

I don't have to link to it, I literally used the quote he was responding to in my post. Solus may have been talking about something else, possibly the OP scenario, but he quoted and responded to a hypothetical that clearly indicated consensual sex.
