Would agree for the most part other than a few exceptions in my career.

My old Battery 1SG was 33 when he was in the position and CSM by 36. But this was also over ten years ago before we were knee-deep in wartime operations.

Not unusual to see many CSM's out there nowadays that are 35-37. One Artillery BN who I'm familiar with had a CSM at 36.

this is true my drill sgt is 33 or 34 and is now a 1st sgt. I think she could make a CSM by the time she is 38.

Team 17,18 are reserve units.

Never knew that. Learn something new here everyday. I wonder if these guys get called up much to see the kind of shite the rest of the teams see. I guess these are all former active duty that just transition to the reserve units?

The two teams fall under group 11. 17 is in Coronado CA and 18 is in Little Creek VA

The teams have a hard time staying fully manned. So what happens is a reserve operator will be activated when there is that need. Also they were in the normal team deployment cycle for a while so the whole unit was on "active duty" around every 18 months for a duration of 4-6 months. The are a vital resource to maintain operational capacity in the active teams.
