Supposedly the sales and price points of the new Chevy Colorado drove Ford to bring a Ranger to the North American market.
I've been saying for years that pickups are getting too large and a lot of buyers want something around the size of the 1990s F150. Ford abandoning compact segment without a mid sized truck in the lineup was a mistake.

omg stop! Neither of those are the actual US production vehicles. That Ranger is global market only.

They better not frick up the bronco. The images are beautiful, but you know they'll end up derping it up with headlights off the Edge or some bullshite.
If it comes out looking like the images, I would certainly buy.
