That's where Uber's system has a massive advantage. The data storage is a built-in guard against theft.
I don't think it should be the direction the company should take, but excessive regulation isn't needed.
They need to focus on the driverless car option.

I live in NYC. Uber already has a courrier service in place and even delivers food from certain restaurants. They are still growing
