What was this person driving before this purchase? No way they pulled into the dealership in a car that was paid off. I'm surprised they didn’t owe $20,000 on their current car, and rolled that into the financing.
At least they didn’t add that to the total. Nothing like walking out of a dealership with a $100,000 note on a VW Tiguan.

He had to have traded in a car that was still financed. Tiguan starts at $24k.

Damn, I didn’t know they were that cheap. Top of the line models are under $40,000 MSRP. Definitely rolled the amount owed on old car into financing of the Tiguan.
