I am shocked... SHOCKED... that an assistant state attorney that makes $108k per year is going to have the resources to convince a judge this was an honest mistake.

One time I forgot to tell the cashier I had a case of water under the cart. This could have been me.

Link to her having any resources? She is obviously living beyond her means, having to hoist the jolly Roger and pirate her sundries.


Not saying she goes there but there is a casino close.

I thought that sounded like crazy talk so I looked it up. It is correct. It says a jury must decide what her intent was. She will never see a jury.

Her attorney says the video clearly shows she intended to pay for it. WTF does that mean?
