Call sign Euro 15 may be an ENJJPT T-38, assuming they still have that program. Euro-NATO Joint Jet Training Program out of Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls was a highly selective training track that drew from the top students who trained alongside foreign exchange pilots. Or at least it was back in the 80s; best guess I can come up with.
