I would have thought that kid would get a taste Dad's belt, not the seat belt, with the quickness down there.

When I finally watched the video, something is wrong with the kid. I would genuinely say he doesn't look older than 4. Physically and mentally off

Just saying he got something, but the dad should've still done more than pleading
