When I was in college I worked for BREC. In the summers I ran a day camp for kids. We would take them on regular field trips on a school bus and we always had the same driver, so I got to know her.
Her name was Miss Mickey. She was 6'1" and ran about 300 lbs. She was salt of the earth good white trash. She had done some professional wrestling on a local Louisiana circuit back in the day and had tons of stories. She was the one that told me how wrestlers would wrap a sliver of razor blade in tape so that just the tip of the sharp edge was exposed, hide it in their wrist band or waste band, and make a shallow cut across their foreheads to get blood to flow.
She was a homely woman with a body like a busted can of biscuits, but she had an old man and a snotty nosed little kid named Trampus. He wasn't enrolled in camp, but he got to come along on all the field trips.
That's all I know about bus drivers.....

Use Navis next time and worry about real problems like choosing which country club where you are a member for opening weekend of pool season.

I have a friend who does woodworking, cabinet, handyman type stuff for a living. He does a bus route as well to be able to carry health insurance. works well for him. He gets off the bus in the morning and gets to work in his shop. Takes a break in the afternoon to rerun his route then is back at it in the evenings. He likes it.

She road raged and tailgated my a$$ so bad I had to speed thru a 20 mph School Zone with her!
And yes, it's true. No way in heck I could make that one up!

Really didn't think of that at the time. Should have gotten right behind her. I have a dashcam that looks both forward, and back through the back window. that should have recorded it all. In fact, I may download and post the video just for chit and giggles if I can find some time tonight.

No one drives a bus because C-Suite life just wasn’t for them.
