Stay out the area heading into dville if possible. Highway is flooded and closed just past Walmart, cars are underwater.

It's been pouring in convent all morning. We probably had 4 inches of rain this morning.

Even if I had seen "it's been raining for an hour" I would have still inquired as to why the parking lot has over a foot of standing water.

This entire place floods like that when there is a bunch of rain. Well everywhere but inside the refinery.
