Don't mention it unless you have to.

Under NO circumstances mention the difficulties you had with your last supervisor. It looks terrible in an interview and only hurts your prospects. I once passed over a very intelligent, experienced senior auditor for a job because she complained multiple times that her manager had it out for her during her interview.

You can collect UI if you were fired. All you have to say is you did the job to the best of your ability.

Being fired doesn't preclude you from collecting UI.
