Just saw that Homeland Security will start monitoring social media for terrorism clues. Why the frick haven't they been doing this for 10 years now!?
Apparently one of the California shooters posted support of terrorism on Facebook multiple times before she attacked. It's pathetic that this hasn't been thought of before now. I assumed this has always been common practice.

They've been doing it.
Now they'll monitor more than just Americans.

The ot will blow their sarcasm meters. I can't imagine the other agencies nit doing this already and sharing the tips. HS must want to be first with the Intel ang making the collar.
It won't be so funny as they morph into a modern day inquisition.

So we can't say certain things on social media now without being flagged?
It's great how much the internet and social media has changed so fast to where the legality of it all has had to catch up.
It's a cool little microcosm of law that many can use to study past and present companies, townships, and nations.

Why bother? Obama is letting terrorists go every day.

Seriously, do people not know that anything and everything that has been posted online has pretty much been being monitored from day one?

Do they have special algorithms to sort through all the posts of food and the hand-on-the-hip-and-lean-to-the-side pictures of girls?
