So basically everything Aunt Becky said lines up with exactly what the state's star witness wrote in his private notes, which are on a phone and time stamped and dated I would imagine.
Now was she naive? I would imagine, does she need to go to jail 50 years????

The prosecutors were running the gambit that they could force a plea and never have to tender that evidence at all. The criminal “justice” system is intentionally designed to give the state all of the power. Anyone who thinks the system is in any way fair or balanced is either ignorant or delusional.
