I didn't see any of the footage from inside the horse so not sure what all is left there but in 48 hours that house could have been stripped of everything.
Like I stataed before. I have never heard of an active scene not having someone there 24/7. It's not uncommon for a scene to be released and then investigators have to return due to new information but this is something you really try to avoid.
I personally would think this home would be secured for a week if not longer pending how long the investigation is ongoing

Every scrap of everything in that apartment was potential evidence. ID documents, electronics - all of that would have been removed, inventoried, analyzed, tagged, bagged and stored. The apartment would have been analyzed from floor to ceiling (while empty, mind you) for prints, hair, fibers and DNA.
It is impossible this was all done yesterday and the imagery of all that potential, unexploited evidence is just more proof of that.
The only people who believe the scene was cleared by now are those who are impossibly stupid or have an agenda - rhymes with Hemocrat.

It was full of stuff... clothes, IDs, passports, paperwork, shredded papers, someone even said some of the bomb making stuff was still in there.
This wasn't a cleared scene.

The owners wife got mad at her husband and drove to the townhouse and re-sealed it. Then the cops showed up and took the owner away. You can't make this up.
