Confirmed by many places.
I still don't believe it.
If no one is fired or arrested for this - I'm joining the government conspiracy groups. JFK, 9/11 truthers, no moon landing - the works.
"Rational" people just lost a lot of credibility today.

Just started following this thread. So news agencies are just combing through their apartment ?

I'm not - I guess this makes it pretty much impossible to prosecute anyone else for this crime, connect it to international terrorism or refute the "workplace violence, triggered by Christian intolerance" narrative. Good job, MSM!

This makes no sense. There is no way that the Feds are finished with that place.

Unbelievably despicable if the media broke into the apartment and tampered with everything in there. Even more absurd is that there was nobody watching the place.
I'm guessing the landlord may have been getting some "gifts" that just happened to show up as the open house began.
Also - The wife's "assumed name" Facebook post was 100% a signal to others in the cell that they were about to initiate action.

So it appears that they just pried the plywood off the doorway and walked in... how did law enforcement have no one there guarding it??
quote:
A swarm of local and national media entered the San Bernardino suspects' apartment on Friday afternoon after the landlord used pried open a plywood blockade that was over door.
News organizations, including MSNBC and CNN, broadcast live scenes as reporters toting cameras and microphones pushed through the open door and reported from inside the apartment.
One MSNBC reporter was seen examining items left on the suspects' desk, at one point picking up a child-rearing book. CNN journalists described seeing licenses, social security cards and shredded documents inside the residence. One took photos of the couple's six-month-old baby's crib. Another opened the refrigerator and peered inside.
It appeared that members of the public were inside the apartment as well. One man lingered holding a large soda. A child was seen wandering throughout the home.
A spokesperson for FBI Los Angeles seemed shocked when Mashable asked about the scene and if the FBI was permitting the public to enter the apartment.
"I do not believe so but I can check," she said. "My understanding is it is still an ongoing investigation."

Reminds me of an Estate Sale when the doors open.
I think the parents of the killers will sue the owner of the townhouse. And someone with the FBI or local police will get fired over this.

This whole situation oozes control, competence, and confidence in whoever is leading this investigation.
Par for government work.

Will most likely go to prison for the rest of his life (which sounds like it won't be very long according to previous posts). All those media companies should be sued to hell and back if they entered that apartment just because "the landlord said they could" and watched him break into a crime scene. There has to be some expectation of media members knowing what they're doing and know they legally cannot enter the crime scene even if they are "invited in by the landlord". Should put every media member in that apartment in jail as well.
