That’s what OSHA is for as an employee in an unsafe environment you can report it, anonymous if you feel like it. This wasn’t a thing 100 years ago.

Also, there are whistleblower laws in place to protect someone in that situation. This definitely wasn’t a thing 100 years ago.

You don’t need a union to provide a safe working environment, it is a federal law for employers to provide a safe environment that is across every industry.

Union workers voted overwhelmingly against their traditional party affiliation in 2016. It's the reason why Trump surprisingly carried the "rust belt" states
