I don't mean to stir the pot, but I dare the guy in the video to try this shite at any fast food establishment in the South, or any inner city for that matter, which is operated exclusively by minorities.
I guarantee the results will be drastically different. The only time I have ever encountered so many white fast food workers before as seen in the video was during a visit to northern Arkansas.
Personally, I think the guy is just being an a-hole.
