I'd imagine part of the paperwork you sign takes care of that and gives them your permission to share the results with third parties.

There is nothing correct with your response.

The technology is very accurate and there are very few false positives. But, just in case, there are secondary tests that eliminate the false positives.

You should learn more about a subject before offering opinions such as that.
