Hey it's only four days after the disaster. When we had our disaster it was nearly four weeks before FEMA gave out anything.

Jesus I remember sending in paper work daily to fema. That damn recording, I could recite it. That thing still haunts me at night.
I recall having to make sure my cover sheet on my fax read word for word how the wanted it or they just would toss it in the trash.
