My pet peeve is the multitude of niche pet peeves that my wife has about my behavior while at the same time being oblivious to her own similar behaviors.
Like how she loads the dishwasher. It’s irrational, wastes space, and leaves many items too dirty, but I say nothing cause it ain’t a big deal. And yet, she frequently criticizes my dish loading technique.

Mine is recycle boxes. Break them the frick down. On recycle day, I drive by and 99% of boxes are still in the box shape form all over the fricking bins and streets. Are you that fricking lazy to scrap the tape with a box cutter and fold it down? Useless stupid lazy arse motherfricking fat Americans. Really pissed me off.
