The message states that the incident occurred at the facility at 11:05 p.m. Sunday. An all clear was given just before midnight.
During the incident flames, flaring, noise, sirens and smoke were noticeable, the alert stated.
No other details have been released.

They were wrecked by it. They had ditches full of water with really high PH and no idea where it was coming from. Few hundred frac tanks out there
