Explo Systems - Camp Minden explosion

I know the owner of Explo systems (David Fincher) offed himself a couple of days before his trial, because all of his Lieutenants took plea deals.

But there are still huge outstanding cost associated with the incinerator the gov had to build to safely destroy all the propellant.

The owner who offed himself owned quite a bit of land in TN which I assume would potentially be up for grabs for gov confiscation.

Does anyone know what the current status is?
