Expected Costs Question for Contractors

My back patio has a section that is broken and sinking. Already a 18x25 piece on concrete broke off and I had to dig out an area and fill with dirt.
House was built in 1980's and the back patio apparently use to be a car part. Where they just laid more concrete on top of the previous with no rebar installed to settle it.
The Patio is 30ft wide, 15ft out from the house and connected to the house as well. About 5ft of it from one edge is sinking and breaking apart.
Contacted a few contractors to come out and give estimates but out out the 8 I called 5 showed up with cheapest quote so far at 30k to break up to concrete, see why it is sinking (no leak from camera down my pipes) and to relay the concrete along with fixing any damage.

You looking to save money? Or are you trying to make sure they include everything done the right way in their quote?
A few questions off the top....
Does your price include the following:
Wire welded mesh (if it's going to be used for a patio)
#3 rebar (if used for parking)
Demo and removal/dispose of existing concrete
How much excavation/compacted fill are you including.
Thickness of concrete (4" for a patio, 5" for a parking area)
Don't let them talk you into just compacting the soil that's there. The shite is sinking for a reason
Also don't let them talk you into using fiber reinforced in lieu of mesh/rebar. It's not as good. It's just way easier for them if they don't have to install reinforcement.
Your going to pay some money on this. That is not a small amount of work. 30k given the scope is about what I'd expect.
