Gay dudes and sassy black women are not watching NFL games. And some of these other creations barely even exist at all. That's what's so strange about all of this. It would be logical to air these commercials on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy or something.
Some of these companies are either stupid, stubbornly ideological or they simply see more indirect money at the end of the road by flying a political allegiance flag than they do convincing a viewer to purchase their product via a 20 second clip.
