I don't speak inbred but it sounds like OP is suggesting someone walk up to the highly toxic leaking and overheating tank and slap some jb weld on it. Is that right?

Finally a young responder to receive inside info regards managing tank temperature. The chemical has reacted, its 60 degrees will last for a week as they figure out how to chill 7000 gallons of peanut butter consistency material. All the while getting paid triple time for working extra hours managing a CHEMICAL disaster.

slapping jb weld on it would make the problem larger. JB weld uses methyl methacrylate as one of its 2 part components. My last application of jb weld this week got hard in 4 hours. It's a long hard for the slower users. If you want a bang bang quick hard, JB makes that also.

You need to do some more research on JB Weld formulas specifically and adhesives that actually use an MMA-based resin.

your concern is about the slow hard or the bang bang quick hard? With that info I can research ?

Nobody knows what the hell you are on about in this thread because you sound like you are drunk. If you want to have a discussion about MMA and its chemical properties then you need to sober up. You seem to think MMA is one part of some 2 part adhesives but AFAIK all the ones that have one part being MMA based is going to be an MMA resin, not pure MMA and so the reactivity/volatility profile is going to be completely different.

you are very good at lacking factual discourse and swapping over to accusation of to much home brew. Sounds very middle eastern, maybe Iranian.

You haven't stated a coherent thought for anyone to engage with. Read the thread. Nobody has any idea what you are talking about; you are babbling, which is why the thread is anchored. If you can produce a coherent thought, I will be happy to engage you regarding the chemistry.

I am not alone, and maybe you should get a clue that you are babbling. Get it together, man. Nothing wrong with some day drinking on the weekend, but probably not the time to have an O-chem discussion.
