Depends on where the substation is located in the system.

Typically the utility can switch and feed from other locations IF the system is designed for it with appropriate size wire for the voltage.

Looks like the substation for this area isn't in as much trouble as previously thought. Might not have to shut it down.

I was there a lil while ago. There is water there but don't think its going to get any higher
