I don’t know the exact standard but I think it’s a 10’ radius around the lines.
Power companies used to trim branches/limbs all the way up, creating a huge U opening around the lines. I think this pissed people off so they just trim the radius now. If the lines are clear within the radius, they may say it meets the standard.
A tree service may defer to Entergy via safety.
However, if you request to take the tree down completely, they may do it..
