For about 3 years I commuted from Denham to Luling. I took 12 to 55 to 10. On the way home, it seemed like once a month there would be an overturned 18 wheeler on the 55 north to 12 west on ramp. It was truly amazing.

That section of road holds a lot of water where the I-110 exit off of the bridge merges with I-110 North. It could be a hydroplane. 2:30 am was right after the storm moved through, I believe.
