Does anyone have any tips or common problems to watch for about enclosing a screen porch? It is already framed up and has a roof over it as part of the original construction of the house but I am concerned about the permitting, particularly the foundation. Is anyone familiar with this?

Eze breeze. If you were local, I could tell you the right guy to go to.

Pgt makes Eze breeze.

If you start enclosing on Friday afternoon, and finish by Sunday afternoon, odds are that zoning will never know that you enclosed your porch. Unless you have nosey neighbors.

Don't forget that porch floors usually slope for drainage and that might need to be corrected for an enclosed room.
