It’s been many, many years since I had to even think about an electric schematic. So maybe my memory is failing me. But I don’t recognize that symbol.
I was an Electrical Engineer specializing in controls, and whenever I had to look at schematics from OEMs it frustrated the hell out of me because they use the weirdest symbols.

Can you show us more of the subsytem schematic?
Pretty small to get onto here but can try tomorrow.
It is holding refrigerant, fan is blowing but no power to compressor. Relay to compressor is good. Straight sending power to compressor can hear clutch soo thinking have a line power issue at this point. May just run a new wire inline.

Determine what circuit is missing at the relay. (#1)- Does it have full time 12 v power supply? (2)- Check ground circuit-is the ground circuit good? (3)- Does it have 12v engagement power?( power to relay when a/c request is made.) (4)- Signal circuit (relay engagement circuit-this is not a 12v signal)
I would determine what each leg of the compressor relay is doing before proceeding. Are you using a 12v test light or a volt meter for testing? You say: " Straight sending power to compressor can hear clutch soo thinking have a line power issue at this point." I understand you hear the clutch when you supply power but does the system cool when you supply this power?

I’ll be back on this. Going to see if I can isolate the schematic to share.

Male and female plugs
But what about the other 72 gendered plugs?

“May just run a new wire inline.”
I don’t recommend this at all. You’d be by-passing some circuits which are protection for the compresssor.
I’ll check back on this thread
