I have a Ryobi gdo. It has Wi-Fi so you can open and close from anywhere which is nice if you are away and need to let someone inside. Belt drive and it's quiet.
It also has ports to add accessories. I have the 3 outlet extension cord and a Bluetooth speaker. Both work great. I don't recommend the fan though, it's pretty weak for a garage fan.

I wanted to bump this to get a quick question asked.
When I went to look at some garage door openers at Sears, there was a notice on the box, that if I had a door that was a certain height that I needed to buy a certain bracket that was x amount long.
I don't remember what exactly the item was, but it seems to me that I wouldn't need it since I have everything in place and just need a new motor.

get a LiftMaster, as good as there is for residential doors, weight of the door isn't that much of a factor when spring tension is set properly
