Took me about 6 hours yesterday from making the stuffing to finishing 200 heads. I enjoy the heck out of it though. Music, bourbon and the making of a meal that will make several people happy!

My mom and dad ordered 15 lbs Friday to eat and they’re going to peel what they didn’t eat and save the tail and send the heads to this little lady to stuff for them. They freeze the stuffed heads and my mom makes my grandmothers bisque recipe. It’s one of the fondest memories I have of my grandmother.
