Woke me up with the light fixtures swaying and the house popping. Thought it was really loud thunder and took me a minute to figure out what was happening. The water in our pool was churning!

I certainly don't see the logic in poisoning the midwest aquifer that supplies groundwater for a large portion of our protein food supply and pretty much all of the wheat our nation produces.

I just looked at the epicenter on google earth and there's a fracking pad site right on top of it.
There's also a bunch of them due south. They're pushing wastewater into the Arkansas River watershed.
lovely.

I live outside of little rock and it shook the house. I know of people south of me that felt it also. Crazy.

We felt it in Dallas. For a second I was questioning why I started drinking so early on Gameday.

Felt it in Rockwall, TX. Shook my bed. Got up and the ground was wobbling under my feet. Crazy.
And I don't know that this was caused by fracking, but when fracking was going on in NTX, smaller earthquakes were a common occurrence. Since they've stopped, we've basically had none.
