Some North BR gangster brothers always broke and in trouble. One ended up getting blasted by the police and the other went to jail. Smoke was the tattoo man always looking for a ride to somewhere. I knew one of those guys when I was a kid in all of those original Facebook photos posted on here. He was younger than me but our sisters were friends. Pretty sure he had a few face tats too
