What's a peptide? I understand the scientific term meaning a chain of amino acids. Did he have a vial of chains of amino acids? Anything else in the vial? To me, they sound like the opposite of gluten. Nobody knows what they're talking about but guys with podcasts and british accents say to take them, or not (gluten), and then everyone won't shut up about it for several years.

I saw the list of stuff that you said you are taking

"Creatine, Test, Ipa, Tesa, Reta"

How long have you been taking that stuff and how have the results been? Any side effects? Not trolling

Absofrickinlutely. They all compliment each other so can’t really say whats doing what. But I’m going into week 6 of Reta and it just hit another gear about 2 weeks ago. I’m in week 3 of the Tesa/Ipa. So it’s new. TRT since August. It’s all been nothing short of amazing. Legit changed my life. Since August I’ve gone from 25% BF to probably getting close to 12 right now. 212# to 188 today. 10 of that has happened since I started Reta. You might say “24 lbs, big deal” but TRT/diet/lifting has put on 8-10# of muscle too. (I’m 47yo)
Also took BPC/TB500…there’s a reason they call it the Wolverine stack lol
But none of it works without nutrition and exercise. That’s where the Ozempic chicks give it a bad name.

Side effects: better mental acuity, blood pressure fixed itself, A1C went from 6.2 to 4.5 annnnnd my balls shrunk a bit.

They all do different things or have different ways of doing the same thing.
Tesa/Ipa tell the pituitary to produce more GH
Reta is a GLP-3. GLP-1 just suppresses appetite. The 3 means appetite suppression, better nutrient efficiency and revs up your metabolism.
All these GLP commercials that inundate TV will be Reta commercials very soon

I’ve used this line a million times. I was a trainer for 20 years and dealt with hundreds of people that thought walking through my door was the magic pill. Retatrutide is the closest thing to a magic pill as there’s ever been. You still have to put in work. You still have to learn how to live without it after you stop taking it. But when done correctly, it’s amazing.

Got up high in the beginning when trying to dial in dosage. Once we got it right, it’s stayed steady around 15-16. Haven’t donated since mid-Jan. Last time I went, it was 15.4 and I just left without giving lol

Awesome. Luckily at 56, my T levels are still good. Checked it due to increased issues with sleep and brain fog.

Trying semorelin. Been on it now for 3 weeks.
Opinion?

I’m far from an expert but my research led me going with tesamorelin. Venture over to the fitness board and pic 777tiger’s brain. Usually peptides work better stacked with a compliment peptide. IPA/ tesa or cjc/ipa

Forgot the best side effect. When I stated taking TRT there was a fear of taking it and shite going sideways if I didn’t do all the things you should do with it. Diet, exercise, etc. So it basically scared me into cleaning my shite up. It blows my mind when people get on these GLPs and continue doing the same shite they were doing before. Magic pill yeah yeah yeah but it’s still crazy. Not surprising tho lol
