Not if you related to a mortgage broker that own their own company and will treat your clients like family. Bingo!!

I saw some DRHorton homes in the greater Phoenix area that were selling for $750-900K.
Postage stamp yards, shitty build quality, and just ugly.

People were lined up to buy them.
