Just filing it under the guise of "if women want equality..." isn't exactly logical. If you're going to take the stance that women aren't equal and we are physically superior(as a whole, men obviously are), then we should have a responsibility to protect or at its simplest, not beat the shite out of a woman who doesn't pose a threat because she isn't physically equal to the male.

Think about how this thread would be going if the attacker was the exact same size/weight as the woman but was an adult male. Every response in here would be along the lines of "that little punk had it coming." That's the hypocrisy.

Agreed, i mentioned it above.

It should be less about the female or more about whether he was in any actual danger. Again, assuming she had no weapon, based on her punches and kicks he was clearly in no danger. If some 120lb dude threw those same punches/kicks, it would certainly change things for others I'm guessing, but i'd be saying the same thing. If there's no real threat, those types of punches are totally unwarranted IMO.

I agree. Women tend to get the pass because, by and large, they are physically inferior to men, so fighting a woman is ridiculous. It would be like fighting a 12-year old.

If it was a "little punk", I doubt he punches in the first place out of fear for his life, but if he does, just shove him away. No one is suggesting you need to stand there and take a beating, but if there is no threat to you, just leave the situation. If there is a threat, eliminate it.

That isn't what happened in the video in the OP.

At least you guys are consistent. I just feel like sometimes women feel like they can act in an insane/violent manner without physical consequence because of the social protection that they have by being a woman. I don't think what she did warranted those punches at all, but I also don't believe women should be able to escalate a situation into violence. I'm not a big guy so I wouldn't go talk shite and start shoving a 250lb meathead because I would know I'm getting my arse beat if I do.
