Anybody else have to do this shite almost every night? It’s slowly killing me.

That’s kind of early.
Check those ears. They create havoc. Granted U can’t put tubes until they are older. Long road to get there

Only time I had to do it was for a couple ear infections. Driving him around was the only thing that would stop the screaming & crying. A couple times I had to drive the same stretch of road from like 1am until 6am because he was in so much pain. Good times and it was the only way he would go to sleep.

Our first son had the witching hour but I would just put him in his car seat that strapped into the stroller and took him around the living room, made many laps.... it worked. We loved DC where he was born but I wasn’t comfortable driving around In the nighttime With him

Holy shite. $1400 for a bassinet. I’m gonna look into it though, may even be worth it at this point.

Um sleep train. Babywise. You’re welcome.

Could be any number of things, but sleep regression sets in around 4 months. Our rough nights were cured with probiotics of all things.

It’s not like he’s in pain or cries super loud. He just kinda grunts and is wide awake like he’s fighting sleep or something. Car rides are like the only thing that chill him out

It’s the oldest trick in the book and it works. It’s only for a little while. You’ll miss these days. I promise.

At four months the kiddo was still in the bassinet. A warm bottle of milk and a story would put her to sleep.
She’s four now and car rides put her to sleep. I tried to take her to Cabellas and she fell asleep In the car. Silver lining was that I finally got a drive thru daiquiri.

You can get them used for about half that. Or just rent it for a few months before you transition to a crib.
If you buy used, you can probably resell it for about what you paid.
We love ours. Godsend. My 3 month old sleeps 8-9 hours straight

Had one of those momaroo things. Couldn't believe the kid didn't get sick in it.
