You live in Paradise and likely have a small nucleus you run with. Seriously living in a great place w a good life.

What World do you live in where snippets from Cali, Illinois, NY, NOLA etc piss you off every single day before the sun comes up?

My entire neighborhood was poor/working class and every kid we ran with graduated college, most were the first in their family.

Is it harder? Yes. That's life. Your shitty "Equity" is a Marxist pipe dream.

This really disturbs you, don't it?

I have family in LA, I still have property in LA.

That’s true, I reserve sport related discussions elsewhere via back channels. I’m always open to discuss sports tho.

Hit me with then digits Sao, we’ll talk all the sports all you want. But i’ll admit, I’m only really knowledgeable on CFB, NFL, and NBA. I dabble in college baseball, college basketball, and MLB when it’s down season for major sports.

Segregation in cities and elsewhere can be by choice.

Usually when blacks become a majority they run whites off then when things go to crap they complain whites are needed for their money and to balance black urban culture’s apathy towards education, so I am sure blacks in power in NO think they have right %s and prioritize some areas to stop any more whites from leaving. They then get to play race card as well about white area getting priority to stay in power. Black leadership holds other blacks down as much white Democrats do.

You underserve a community long enough, then crime spikes and just creates a feedback loop where no one goes there because of the crime and there's rising crime because no one goes there.

How long have Democrats run New Orleans as well as other cities with large black populations? Also, How many billions poured in NO and into people’s pockets after Katrina? How much of its trash got scattered elsewhere becoming problems for others? Yet look at crime today.

Maybe I have you mixed up with someone else, but when you posted on OT in past didn’t you used to live in Dallas Metro area and then Austin area (or at least were about move to Austin area)?

If so why move to New Orleans???

But its not their fault!

I’d love to hear him explain Lakeview streets considering a huge percent of city revenue comes from residents in that area.

The poor neighborhoods often have the best streets and more parks

Might be the most ridiculous thing he said in here. Let's recap New Orleans

Majority black population
Black mayor
Black police chief
Majority of city council
Black DA
Public schools are awful
50% of the adult black male population is unemployed. Meanwhile, the service industry reigns king while basically having no education barrier for entry

Yet TH03 says it's our fault

Not sure why you brought up this site being sports centric then. You have a foot wide, 1000' deep history on TD. Seems a little agenda'y...

let me recap it for you.

you jabbed at roger for getting upset about things out of his control that have nothing to do with him in places like Chicago, NOLA, NY, LA, etc.

I said, to be fair we all do the exact same thing by getting upset by other posters’ sentiment on a sports discussion board.

then, you felt the need to point out i don’t post much about sports. I agreed with you. And here we are again. What point are you trying to make?

eta: you must just be flirting with me. no need Sao baby, you know how i feel about you Pops!

well yeah

i'm not even talking about that though. new orleans is not heavily segregated and city services (meaning roads) are NOT any better in the white parts of town. if anything, they are worse.

loved the pregame pep talk Brees gave the LSU Tigers a few weeks ago. Won that game with a walk-off HR.

And if you disagree with him it’s just because youre part of this right wing echo chamber.

But he just wants to live and let live, and doesn’t understand why everything has to be so political these days.
