It was the wife’s pet. Now she is family! Cats are okay by me. They kill everything in reach

Fair enough. Look into ferrets though. They also kill vermin.

I can’t take mine to the vet without it. I give her 2 100mg pills. Any less and she’ll eat the vet up.
