Ummm... this is very much misleading. Govt Contracting can be very lucrative. But, to a degree, it can be detrimental.

Link to article on one, basically, if you are the primary on a contract but have sub-contractors (suppliers/vendors) then it is your responsibility to ensure they have not been found guilty of labor violations. Basically, as I understand it, Mr. Obama feels that if your sub-contractor violated labor laws, then YOU TOO are guilty, by association.
