Anyone. White or black, that does shite like this to animals should be hung by their necks. Anyone that can treat an animal like that, imo, is a potential danger to society. #Parentingfail

I heard the same stories of *country boys* doing those things you mentioned. I had just as much disdain For them as I do this kid in the video. And guarantee you they all grew up to be degenerates.

What a sick prick. Punishment should be about 90 days community service working in several animal shelters shoveling dog crap and scrubbing out enclosures.
