I was trying to think of anything on campus named "Lejeune" and couldn't think of anything.

Born in Point Coupee Parish, and attendee of LSU Preparatory School, he's considered the ideal Marine, with Camp Lejeune named in his honor. Seems like he'd have some recognition on campus.

If I'm missing something, I'd like to hear about it.

Dang, I did a building search, and nothing came up. I guess it was lumped-in with "Pentagon".

I vaguely recall that now. Heck, I lived in Beauregard Hall one semester. Loved it!

Pretty sure he has a highway named after him. I’m glad I never had served at CL, NC. That area is a depressing shithole.

There was a campaign to name the almost never used new bridge there at St. Francis to the Lejeune Barrows Bridge. Barrows was also a Commandant of the Marine Corps and from the St Francisville area.
